It all began in March 2020, when I had a sudden light bulb moment.

Little did I know every home, school and people's lives were to dramatically change in a flash.

"Oh Yes... Covid Lockdown!"

Not only did I get ideas, I was a living alarm clock, a chef, teacher, peacemaker, first aider and wife... the list goes on - I'm sure all families can relate to this!

So when things got a bit too much for my girls and I, we started baking biscotti.

Why biscotti?

It's simple, easy and very Italian; so my husband can't complain!

I've tweaked the recipes, added new ingredients to them, adjusted baking times and ta dah,

"Dipika's Homemade" was created and became a reality.
